Oven Baked Chicken Sandwiches
Ingredients:
1 Baguette Loaf (or any loaf of bread)
2 cans of Canned Chicken Breast or shredded rotisserie chicken
1 1/2 cups of Hellmann’s Mayo (or your favorite mayo brand)
1 1/2 cup Kraft Mexican Style Cheese
Half an Onion diced
2 Roma Tomatoes diced
1/3 cup of Cilantro diced
1 Stick of Celery diced
Season to Taste and liking with:
(I used about 1/2 of each)
Ground Black Pepper
Granulated Garlic Powder
Mrs. Dash Original Blend
Cayenne Pepper (Optional: For the spicy lovers)
How to make:
Preheat oven to 350.
Combine shredded chicken with diced tomatoes, cilantro, celery and cheese in one large bowl.
Add in the seasonings and mix together well with mayo.
Spread the chicken mixture on top of 1/4 er- 1/2 in slices of cut baguette bread (or bread of choice) and bake for 15 min until the cheese is completely melted.
If you do not make all the chicken at once you can store it in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
